Activ8 Kids Pre-Registration

We care deeply about the safety of your family. To ensure every child is protected and accounted for, we use a secure process for all Activ8 ministry grades:

1. Get registered.

First-time guests can visit our Check-in team at the desk for help, or save time by [filling out this form] ahead of your visit. You will need to register any children, guardians, or trusted adults authorized to pick up your kids.

2. Check-in.

Once registered, every child checks in before entering the classroom. They will receive a sticker to wear that displays their name, any medical notes or allergies, and a unique security code.

3. Keep your tag for pickup.

When you check your child in, you will also receive a matching security tag. Please keep this tag handy! To ensure a safe hand-off, a parent or trusted adult must present this tag to the leader when it is time for pickup.

The Activ8 Experience

Whether your child thrives in high-energy moments or benefits from a more structured routine, we’ve designed our morning to be accessible and engaging for everyone.  Once your child is checked in and safe, their morning is filled with intentional moments of fun, faith, and friendship. Here is what your child can expect:

1. Connection & Play

As kids arrive, they jump right into the fun with table games, rotating activities, and our playground. It’s the perfect time to make new friends and get settled before the service begins.

2. The Kickoff

We start every service with a high-energy countdown! To ensure everyone has a great time, we share our three simple Activ8 Values:
  • Stay in Your Zone: Respecting everyone’s personal space.
  • Listen Closely: Giving our attention to the leaders.
  • Help Others Love Jesus: Being kind and participating in a way that encourages others.

3. Engaging Lessons

This is the heart of our service where we explore God’s Word together through song, prayer, and teaching. We use puppets, storytelling, and "mascot" characters to bring the Bible to life! We also spend time practicing how to look up verses in our own Bibles to help kids grow confident in God's Word. Finally, we wrap up this time with prayer, asking God to help us live out what we’ve learned in our daily lives.

4. Fun Until Pickup

As parents arrive for checkout, kids enjoy a final time of free play and connection with their leaders until a trusted adult presents their security tag for pickup.
